EHELP only sends emergency SMS messages to contacts who have provided explicit opt-in consent. Consent is obtained via reply to a one-time SMS triggered after an email invitation. No messages are sent without SMS confirmation. Participation is voluntary and may be revoked at any time via STOP reply or request through the nominating customer. Emergency contact status is re-confirmed every six months. No promotional or marketing content is ever included in these alerts. Message and data rates may apply.
